I have only had a massage once years ago and it was not great so I never did it again. Now, this weekend I went and saw Beyonce two nights in a row and safe to say after walking, standing and dancing for 6+ hours in cowboy boots two nights in a row I decided to try getting one again. Vida is magical. I have had deep tissue, relaxing, cupping, and scalp massage services. I leave her studio feeling like a new person. On top of her skillset, Vida is warm, kind, and personable. I cannot recommend enough! Best massages I’ve ever had and I’ve had many.
Vernell has over 20 years experience and told me the scientific names for some of my troublesome tendons. The sports massage is very rigorous, but the benefits begin the following day. Since having my massage five days ago I've noticed a remarkable increase in my range of motion. Vernell helped me discover spots I need to work on in my own stretching practice. Even the crackling noises my arthritic joints usually make are quieter. I highly recommend Vernell and will be going back soon.
