Smells bad. Stupid strata dog rules. Ridiculous phone for access gate that often breaks.
Honestly the worst renting experience of our lives. The Management is so poorly run, a monkey could do better. Any issues with plumbing or electrical will always (when finally repaired) be billed back to the renter - when it is clearly an owner issue. You will have to fight for your rental rights from day one. The facilities are very rarely operational. If you are swayed by the roof top pool, think again. After staying here for 8 months, this is one of the most welcoming and comfortable apartment complexes I've ever lived in. The on-site management staff are very friendly and helpful (particularly lawrence and lara). Pet-friendly complex, nearby to dog parks and very secure. My puppy loves it here
Fabulous accommodation, especially for the 'Awesome Views over the River and City
Wonderfully quiet and stylish place to live. Tower 1 has been my home since 2021. Everyone is super friendly. New management team have settled in and are always willing to go the extra mile to accommodate residents and owners. The rooftop and gym/pool are excellent and it’s never crowded. You get to see beautiful sunrises over the river and city if you work out in the mornings. The commercial tenants- the Cafe, Nail salon and Thai massage therapists are also the best in the area.
