Vita has a beautiful atmosphere, with outside seating as well. Great food with beautiful plating. Six people $115 a person this included two bottles of wine and tip.
The ceviche was definitely the highlight of our meal—it was fresh, flavorful, and delicious. The paella was okay, but nothing particularly memorable. Unfortunately, the chicken and French fries were very bland and lacked seasoning. Overall, the meal was mixed, with the ceviche being the standout dish.
The service was fine, the atmosphere was nice enough, and having plenty of parking was great. However, as someone who loves Spanish food, I have to be critical of the main dishes. The Mariscos Paella was small and too salty. More frustratingly, it completely lacked the essential socarrat (the crispy, sticky bottom crust)—a major miss for an upscale Spanish restaurant.
