I had a great time at Dr. Tricia’s cooking class! She took her time to explain each step of what she was making, and she was incredibly well-organized and prepared, so the session went smoothly. The soups turned out amazing, and she also shared the recipes so it’s something I plan to try at home. I also took a yoga/meditation class that was really powerful. The teacher designed the class to be accessible for people of all yoga abilities and went at a great pace for everyone to keep up. I’ll definitely be back!
