Switched from T-Mobile to Verizon. Was told I would be having my T-Mobile phone paid off as well as an 800 rebate. I was lied to!!! They never paid off my T-Mobile phone and now I am stuck with that bill. I thought I was receiving an amazing deal. Very amazing customer service when I was switching over, but it was definitely a con to get me to switch. NOT impressed.
They have some good customer service. Brandon was the best got me all setup and had me rolling the whole time.
Thank goodness they are here! There is one in Clinton as well, I have worked with the same people for years! That says it all, got to be a good company if people still work there. Keep it up yall!!!
Terrible experience. You are better off driving to Conway Best Buy for service.
