I had a great experience with Victory buying my first house. Brent offered advice early on in the process and answered all the questions I had. He was quick to act as soon as I was under contract. When it came to rates, he was able to get a fantastic rate and then bought it down further with remaining credits from negotiations. Start to finish, it was an easy and seamless process thanks to Brent and his team. I will definitely use them again on my next purchase and I highly recommend them!

Buying a second home is NOT for the weak! This process was far from easy, but I can honestly say it would’ve been 10x harder without Michael and Brent at Victory Lending!!!
