We enjoyed working with Stephen!!! He went to bat for us and helped us get pre approval and get the best monthly payment!! He was patient with us with all the questions we had and walking us through everything!! We highly recommend him to anyone who is buying a house!!!! I had a great experience with Victory buying my first house. Brent offered advice early on in the process and answered all the questions I had. He was quick to act as soon as I was under contract. When it came to rates, he was able to get a fantastic rate and then bought it down further with remaining credits from negotiations.
