I had a great experience with Victory buying my first house. Brent offered advice early on in the process and answered all the questions I had. He was quick to act as soon as I was under contract. When it came to rates, he was able to get a fantastic rate and then bought it down further with remaining credits from negotiations. Start to finish, it was an easy and seamless process thanks to Brent and his team. I will definitely use them again on my next purchase and I highly recommend them!

Buying a second home is NOT for the weak! This process was far from easy, but I can honestly say it would’ve been 10x harder without Michael and Brent at Victory Lending!!! Brent and his entire team did a fantastic job. We had a wedding and honeymoon to celebrate while going through the home buying process and his team ensure d everything was taken care of and seamless. The communication was great, tools easy to use, and he made sure we got the best deal possible with money coming back to us at closing. Couldn’t recommend them any more. Best in town.
