I can give them 100 stars if it allows me, lady at front desk very nice and friendly and warehouse people amazing too . I was out of there in 30 minutes
Absolutely terrible service! I brought my load with my truck, and they didn’t help me at all. They made me wait forever, tortured me with delays, and treated me like garbage. No respect, no organization, just a complete nightmare. Never dealing with this company again!
This place went above and beyond the call of duty for me! The check-in process was easy, and I dealt with the nicest gals upfront in the office.When I Got my dock assignment and opened up my back doors, there were bottles of cocktail sauce everywhere. They could have easily rejected the load but the warehouse worker Laughed it off and said it was no big deal, he would take care of it. I asked if I could help and he said not To worry about it. They still got me unloaded in 45 minutes. What a great group of people!!
