I had lived there for several years and these are the pros and cons about living here: Pros: Affordable apartments that are a decent size with a good size kitchen, nice and clean inside and friendly neighbors. You get your own assigned parking spot. Maintenance is friendly and quick to help with any issues. Cons: Since it's a small complex the parking lot has gotten really bad over the years.
