Victory Verbatim will be my new go-to reporters in future. I was extremely impressed by their quick turnaround on the transcripts we needed, and their professional approach to scheduling virtual/video questioning with a self-represented party on the other side of our matter. Their staff are friendly and efficient, and know what they're doing. I absolutely recommend them whether you're inside the GTA, or like me, out of the region but wanting to set up virtual questioning.
I would use the other downtown firm over Victory. The opposing lawyer booked a session and has refused to pay the session fee's and then Victory is refusing to produced my transcripts on a booking I had nothing to do with not a good way to run a business.
Everyone working at Victory Verbatim was very friendly, kind, and helpful -- made a stressful experience easier!
