I WISH I COULD GIVE ZERO STARS. They charged me $80 for a flight change fee. Before I agreed, I specifically asked Nedia Ruth if there would be any additional charge since I had already paid a change fee before, and she told me no. Now I’m trying to get my money back, and they keep ignoring my calls and sending me to different phone numbers.
