I WISH I COULD GIVE ZERO STARS. They charged me $80 for a flight change fee. Before I agreed, I specifically asked Nedia Ruth if there would be any additional charge since I had already paid a change fee before, and she told me no. Now I’m trying to get my money back, and they keep ignoring my calls and sending me to different phone numbers. The agent herself answered but does not want to take responsibility or acknowledge the issue. She clearly does not care about her clients. I 100% do not recommend this business. It feels... read more
