Friendly, clean business, very impressed since I am an out of town guest and my 2025 RAV 4 needed service…if anyone is from out of town and is in need of quick friendly service…consider going to victory toyota of ashtabula county
Usually my experience is great.. getting there and check in even the wait was great Alexis is always a happy face to see.. but after my appointment this time I heard the sound of metal hitting the ground so I got out to see what it was and it was a lug nut… I went to look at the tires on my car and 2 of the locking lug nuts were missing from my vehicle, one of witch was the metal I heard hitting the ground.. at this point I’m terrified that all the nuts are loose.. my car didn’t come with nor did I ever buy a lug wrench so n... read more
Did not go in expecting to purchase a new vehicle, but the price and financing were right, and a fair trade in for my current vehicle. Jack, sales person, and Bob who closed the financing, were awesome!
