You get what you pay for. I suppose if you live in subsidized housing, you can't expect much. But you can expect SOMETHING, right? The front office staff is horrible. The phone line is off 75% of the time & the admin office (which already has inconvenient hours) closes early almost EVERY TIME I go down there.
