Scheduled an appointment to the replace the timing and serpentine belts on my car. Show up for the service writer to tell me they can only do the serpentine belt. He claimed they can't get the parts for the timing belt and that I'd have to go to the dealership for it. I ended up getting both belts done at a different locally owned shop. If your mechanics don't have the skill to work on European cars. Then just admit it but don't waste my time. I should've known better than to bother with a chain shop.

I had an outstanding experience with Roderick and Victory Tire & Auto! From start to finish, communication was clear and top notch Roderick took the time to thoroughly explain the diagnostics, what parts I needed, and even went beyond that to give a full overview of other preemptive safety items to be aware of, they replaced the thermostat and gaskets and did an engine cleaning, and everything was done perfectly. Victory Tire & Auto shop is the place to go! It was one of the most trustworthy and skilled places I’ve ever been to for my car needs. Their staff are incredibly knowledgeable, take the time to explain what’s going on, and never push unnecessary repairs. The work is always done efficiently, fairly priced, and with real attention to detail. You can tell they genuinely care about their customers and take pride in doing things the right way. If you want honest service and top-quality work, this is absolutely the shop to go to.
