I have a herniated disc. At another clinic, they examined my injury thoroughly, identified the exact spot, explained the causes, reviewed the MRI I had done at the hospital to confirm the diagnosis, stretched my spine to relieve pressure (which greatly reduced the pain), and gave me exercises to do at home to support my recovery. None of that happened here. All they did was put ice and electrodes on me, and I was charged the same as at the other place. Very disappointing experience.

I saw Avi yesterday due to a persistent low back pain that just won’t quit. I was nervous trying something new because it seems like every time I try to treat my back, it sends me into a spasm and I’m down for weeks at a time. The team here are fantastic. They heard my worries, and built a custom strengthening plan to set me up with long term success. Additionally, they used a device on my low back (sorry, forgot the name) to relax and heat. Avi has helped me through all sorts of injuries over the past decade or so; he’s very knowledgeable and professional. I highly recommend an AT if you’re an athlete and injured!!
