After being sidelined for weeks with a knee injury, I saw Avi for dry needling with electrical stimulation to help manage the pain and support my recovery. The treatment made a big difference and helped me get back on track to finish my first ultramarathon. I had a hard time finding a therapist in Winnipeg who offers these techniques, and I'd recommend Avi to anyone looking for dry needling or any treatment for a sports-related injury.

I have a herniated disc. At another clinic, they examined my injury thoroughly, identified the exact spot, explained the causes, reviewed the MRI I had done at the hospital to confirm the diagnosis, stretched my spine to relieve pressure (which greatly reduced the pain), and gave me exercises to do at home to support my recovery. None of that happened here. All they did was put ice and electrodes on me, and I was charged the same as at the other place. Very disappointing experience.
