Had the best experience at Victory Subaru taking my new Wrx for its first major service. Jana, my service advisor and the service manager was so incredibly friendly and helpful both on the phone and in person. She made me feel completely at ease as I explained how obsessed I am with my car. Jocelyn, my service technician, also did an awesome job and was super thorough and detailed in my video inspection and through the rest of the service! They advertise express service and say you do not need an appointment online or in person. This is not consistently honored which wastes people’s time. They need to change their messaging on their website as the advertising of express service is inaccurate. Their staff also drives aggressively in their lot. I was afraid they were going to crash into my car
Samantha, Dave and the team took great care of me and my Forester, provided me with a replacement vehicle for the meantime, diagnosed and fixed the problem (loose terminal on the battery, which was actually my bad) in no time and sent me detailed updates every step of the way.
