Had the best experience at Victory Subaru taking my new Wrx for its first major service. Jana, my service advisor and the service manager was so incredibly friendly and helpful both on the phone and in person. She made me feel completely at ease as I explained how obsessed I am with my car. Jocelyn, my service technician, also did an awesome job and was super thorough and detailed in my video inspection and through the rest of the service! They advertise express service and say you do not need an appointment online or in person. This is not consistently honored which wastes people’s time. They need to change their messaging on their website as the advertising of express service is inaccurate. Their staff also drives aggressively in their lot. I was afraid they were going to crash into my car
Samantha, Dave and the team took great care of me and my Forester, provided me with a replacement vehicle for the meantime, diagnosed and fixed the problem (loose terminal on the battery, which was actually my bad) in no time and sent me detailed updates every step of the way. Very bad service, they creating things to cost you such as engine filter, cabinet filter brakes and many , just to cost you a-lot of money and if they know that you have free service they quickly go to the guy how makes the oil and filter change to tell him let him wait he has free service and they give priority to others who pay.
Horrible service. IF YOU WANT TO KILL YOUR ENTIRE DAY FOR AN OIL CHANGE, THIS IS A DEALERSHIP FOR YOU! I went for an oil change that took 3 hours. I called ahead to ask if they were busy, and they said no. On top of that, the dealership stripped two of my wheel nuts and hub bolts. The dealership used an air gun to put them back on and broke them. Using an air gun to take them off is fine, but you need to put them back with hand tools and torque them properly.
