Run away from these guys. They will happily sell you solar and install it for you, but when it comes to warrantees and customer service, they will ignore you and never do anything to help you out.
Total scam. Waited for two years to get batteries installed and now the company has disappeared. Will be happy to revise this review if I get my work done.
My solar panels were installed 3 year ago. I found one of my solar panel stopped producing electricity start from Nov. 2022. I was told my solar panels has a 20 years warranty, but when I found the issue, Victory Solar never answer the calls. I called them several times and left a couple of voice mails and also wrote them emails. Finally, a person name David Welder called me back on January. He told me he'll put me on the schedule. This is the worst comapany that you can ever work with. I have been since November 2022 waiting for them to complete the installation. It is February 2023 and still in the same, no results, no answers to my call and nothing about it.
