My previous one star review got deleted. I feel it my duty to report this “5 “ star company Trying to make it quick. I had a soft floor and decided to use victory RV due to the fact that he told me he could do aluminum welding and fix the floor as it needed to be done. Long story short, After our first conversation after we picked up the RV with Scott, he said that we should not expect that the floor would be the same. It’s a long story, but basically when parts of our repair failed after a few months, Scott told my husband that he would “make it right.” We were told a part we were waiting on had come in, so as soon as we were able (we are talking weeks, not months) we loaded up our 5th wheel to take it in for the warranty work. Imagine our surprise and dismay when we found an empty shop, no signage, and phones suddenly disconnected that had been working days before.
