You don't get much more dirty than Victory is. And it's actually really sad, they've had some great talent throughout the years, but they've also screwed over many of them. Destroyed Hawthorne Heights, ran Streetlight Manifesto into the ground, then sued the hell out of them, and of course the whole ADTR thing.
FUCK VICTORY. perpetuating the stigma of shady business practice from the label. ADTR is so much better off without victory records
Victory records sure didn't claim "victory" on the Day To Remember lawsuit. That's one band they aren't screwing anymore.
