Great Doctor!!! And a real, caring man! – This is a special doctor and I can recommend him without any hesitation to any person looking for a doctor who goes against the grain and is determined to do it the way it should be done, NOT THE WAY THE GOVERNMENT AND INSURANCE COMPANIES WANT IT DONE. Doctor Arian gives first class personalized care in his inimitable style, is on time, not rushed, addresses all concerns no matter how far fetched or simple, and gives complete explanations for why he is ordering and doing what he wants to do, and is very clever at saving me money. They just don't make them like this anymore. You go Dr. A. !!!

life saving doctor – Dr Arian is a life saving doc he saved my dads life and takes the time to explain all problems so its understandable. I was recently sent to hospital on a sat from Dr Arian he called me and if it was not for him I would maybe not be here. I have never met a Dr like this in my life I would reccommend the President to go to see him. Dr Arian and his staff are fantastic and I will be willing to dispute this openly with anyone

STAY AWAY FROM THIS PHYSICIAN – Victory Physicians went out of business in May 2010 at 1199 North Indian Canyon Dr as listed on this listing. The doctor reopened his doors in September, 2010 at a new location. When you go to his new office watch out he sits and talks with you about his problems with the practice, bills and himself. He then bills your insurance for the time he spent talking to not the time he was providing you medical help. His office and staff were much better when he was on North Indian Canyon. Now they don't care about anything but making money to keep the doors open. Dr. Arian is the same way and worst than his staff. After my office visit in November 2010, I will never return to his office because of the his billing, him pushing me to start medical marijuana, and the uncaring attitude of the doctor himself. When he talks about you starting medical marijuana he even tells you he smokes it at home. Can a Physician legally smoke marijuana? This type of doctor should not be in practice. He should be working in laboratory all by himself so he can not do harm to others.
