Called yesterday afternoon to order materials from the El Paso office. Told me I couldn't order from there and that I needed to call the 800 number I then told them that I never had to do this in the past. The girl took my order said they would be ope at 8am. I got here at 8:05 because they wouldn't answer their phones. The calls went to Fort Worth evey time I tried calling. I was trying to call them to make sure that the way my GPS was telling me to go Google maps showed a fence in the middle of their parking lot. So I just... read more
Slowest victory packing location. Minimum of hour wait every single time. One guy working the entire warehouse.
Yup, the reviews are true, unless you are a freight driver, if your picking up packing material, be prepared to wait, going on an hour 30 minutes & nothing. Walk to the freight door, no one to talk to, you have to talk to someone over the phone, smh....
