Yup, the reviews are true, unless you are a freight driver, if your picking up packing material, be prepared to wait, going on an hour 30 minutes & nothing. Walk to the freight door, no one to talk to, you have to talk to someone over the phone, smh....

Pretty sad when you read there horrible reviews then you think you'll be head of the game by calling in your order a day ahead lmao nope wrong again Phoenix made my order and sent it in but El paso ,tx management to busy looking at Facebook or whatever instead of doing there job and looking at there computer...if you can avoid El paso ,tx victory packing I definitely would save more time going to home depot ....... There I said it cuz nobody else would!!!!
Wow…..two hour wait for packing materials.. and it’s not even busy yet!!! Better stock up before heading to El Paso now. Horrible
