Even after calling my order in, well ahead of showing up in person, I always wait a minimum of an hour. Typically 60-90 minutes. Be prepared to wait… victory material is victory material. I’ve spoken to management several times. They always apologize and say they’ll work on it. 🙄🙄
Amazing experience
The red mark for delivery office , blue mark for pick up , and you can park on the yellow mark , exactly like in the pictures , all the trucks parkes there no ticket No overnight parking , but u can park on the street in the middle , appointment only even if u show 30 min before they say appointment , 3 hours to get door , one hour after to lock the air , and im here still waiting just to stat get unloaded they didn’t start yet , so be careful coming here and u have another load to pick , u will wast all your day here . Alert !!! Come with appt if you got late even 10 mins they will reject very strange attitude from them
Today I sent my crew to pick up an order that supposed it was ready but they took over 2 hrs to have the order to my crew. That service is horrible.
