Nice place to get packing supplies and generous and helpful workers
I have used this company in the past when I was with another restoration company and they were great. However, since I switched companies, I have made several attempts to contact them and open an account to purchase packing materials. Each time I was told I need to talk to someone in their sales department, left my contact information, and have never heard back. After a fourth failed attempt, I will be taking my business elsewhere. Feedback: communication is everything. Lack of it can and will ruin a reputation.
