Booked my car in for 5 yr service and pink slip. When I dropped it off, the pink slip wasn't mentioned, so I reminded them. When I came to pick the car up I was told "good news, you don't need a pink slip". Turns out they were going by delivery date, not the date on the car's compliance plate. So I agreed to wait for inspection to be done and they offered "would you like us to rotate the tyres as your best ones are on the rear and we could move them to front". Sadly I'm not overly impressed. Nice staff however the waiting time was extreme and that's the second time I've been told that the carwash guy had to go home sick!
