Sad to post a negative experience, I been sick with COVID, this week, Called Dr Desai office for the last 2days asking for help with medication without any results, we'll call you later, we'll let the Dr know, don't know if Dr was ever notified but I am here 3 days later without any response.
Irene, Dr Nilesh Desai assistant is the best. She is very efficient and always meets what is required, without the need to follow up. Her quality of patient care is very good, she is friendly and she also speaks Spanish.
I've always had a challenging time finding a good Dr. Dr Desai, is not just an amazing doctor but an amazing human being. Class act, descriptive and super helpful. Doc know he's stuff. I am very happy with him as my primary physician.

I enjoyed going to Dr. Desai however I’ve had trouble getting in touch with him since July. I am tapering off an anti depressant which had adverse reactions in my body that were kind of brushed off. I had to go to my OBGYN to seek advice. I’m probably going to switch providers now just from the lack of communication, but I did enjoy seeing him when everything was “normal” I would suggest asking if he’s seeing new patients because it could be possible that he’s just very busy.
