The service was fast and quick. No complaints with the service. The attendant told me that it was $116, but the credit charge was $4.00 more. When asked why there was $4.00 charge, he told me that it was for the new credit card machine. Interestingly, the receipt did not show the $4.00 sur charge! I shall let Discover know about this also. Wow. While the service was good, you have just lost a customer for good. Very short sighted business view.
Joey filled my car with water and coolant when I had no money and was respectful as could possibly be. Recommend using them because of the customer service and knowledge he shared about why I was having the problem I was. Thank you Joey!
The service was absolutely perfect and so I just have to leave a review. Joe Jimenez,our service guy was absolutely perfect. He explained the difference between oils. The job was done in thee amount of time he said it would be (15 minutes) and came in with the dip stick to prove that it was fresh oil and topped off. He was just very friendly and answered all my questions. Five stars Victory.
Came over this place a few times to get oil change done, always had my own oil and filter with me for preference, so they use to charge me $20 just for labor, then it went up $25 which was fine. I came this time for the exact same thing and when I mentioned I have my own oil the guy wanted to charge $50. When I asked where they have their price list at, since it sounds like he just came up with this random price, he had nothing to say.
