Dirty shop looks like some old nasty garage no t-shirts no up to date anything. Its a shame because its was a beautiful shop in 2008 I would love to spend money there but they have nothing I mean nothing dusty new bikes and dusty broke apart machines all over.

I've used three shops in Louisville. This one was by accident because I was having trouble with my bike right in front of the business. Seems to have fixed the problem professionally, but customer service was terrible. Hard to get ahold of, often not open during posted business hours.

Didn't even make it to the store....the tone of the phone call made my decision.....never owned a victory....and just getting back to normal after a bad motorcycle accident. The person that answered the phone seemed as if I was bothering him and uninterested that I was willing to come pay cash for a replacement bike....trying to get some info on the touring bikes the guy cut me off and said he didn't have time to answer my questions and told me to come to the store if I was serious about buying.....keep in mind this was only... read more

I have bought 3 vic's from them since 01 , always treated right, great service, and have become friends with Phil and pam... nuff said...
