Move out edit. This complex is priced much higher than most others in the area. And it goes up every year without fail. I moved a few miles north and lost 50 sq ft, and saved 450 dollars a month. and I can't even notice the size difference. hit with a fat bill after move out for "damages" Then I was told " trash " it's 350, yet what was the deposit fees for if that is the case? Nothing itemized either. considering there was damages when I moved in, cracks in a couple walls and some water lines the tub corners were nasty look... read more
I love living here! Miranda and Brenda are the best in the office! They're super nice. Charles always helps with any work order, hes super quick! Highly recommend living here!
The whole staff is very respectful. Anytime I have an issue it gets handled in a timely matter. I truly enjoy living at a place that is on top of everything and makes sure the residence are comfortable! Miranda is great!! Brenda is so nice!
