Until things improve with this community and its management, I would strongly recommend looking elsewhere. We’ve lived here for three years and are genuinely sad to see how much this property has declined. We pay premium rent for what is advertised as a “luxury” apartment community, but our experience has been anything but luxurious. We will absolutely not be renewing our lease. I lived at Victory North for a little over a year and had a decent experience. Apartments are nice and well-kept. Parking can be an issue in the evenings but the amenities and staff are great. I have lived in many apartments and the maintenance staff here is phenomenal in comparison. They were always quick, professional, and never left a mess in their wake. Charles even took the time to help me when I was changing my license plates on my car and to say hi to my kiddos when he was in the apartment.
