THE CUSTOMER SERVICE AT VICTORY DESERVES A ---10 (NEGATIVE 10) I called ahead of time to inquire about a diagnostic check on my engine. I was told it's 1st come 1st serve they open at 8am and it's $85 NO PROBLEM (this had to be the mgr i spoke to because he was very polite). I tried THREE TIMES to take my car in only to be told to bring it back another day. Was recommended to go here by my medical transportation driver. My catalytic converter was taken. The prices are ridiculous to have this replaced. They literally took 30 minutes to repair. The price was great, and I truly appreciate them. I have to go back for the o2 sensor as they cut it too.
