Working with Jake was truly my pleasure. I pulled in here simply to turn around, seen trucks for sale, figured I would get out and just look - Jake came out. Very respectful young man, was not pressuring, and we enjoyed one another’s company. We both learned a bit more about AI together as well.
Jake was absolutely the best!!! Very fast and thorough!! Made the process easy and enjoyable!!! I have got to update this review unfortunately, it has been over a month and we have not received our license plate. They state they dont know where it's at and they cant mail it. Thankful we have a truck, a truck payment but no plate to drive truck with.
Jim was so kind and welcoming when I walked in and definitely started me off with a good impression. Jake helped me pick out a car within my budget and requests and was very kind throughout the whole process. Definitely would recommend for first time car owners!
