Lied to and took our $100 We were told we were approved for the 3/2 on friday (Jan 31st) then on monday (Feb 3rd) he calls and says were gonna pass after taking $100 from my family. We are being evicted and needed a place to live. This guy (dave) said that its $100 application fee, i asked if god forbid we weren't approved. Oh we'll give you $100 application fee back. When i asked about it on monday after our highly disheartening call, he says oh no thats your loss. Fire the lying, cheating, scum you have as a manager.
