Rules and regulations are not enforced not even by management. Neighbors discharge their firearm at all times of the day/night. Other neighbors are very loud after midnight. Complaints have been made by several neighboring residents and nothing has been done about it. It’s impossible to feel safe in your own home when one neighbor in particular is constantly discharging his firearm right outside my bedroom window at random. The leasing office finds it funny that these things are happening.
