Worst place to bring your car, employees are rude and disrespectful, they uses your car for their personal errands, my car was with them for almost two months when they told me it would take a week the latest is two weeks, i got a ticket when the car was in their possession , i don’t leave in New York so no way it was me and i called them to tell them and i was ignored to make everything worse they didn’t even fix the problem i came with i didn’t have the energy to deal with them so i took it to a different place. This isn’t just another service center they give you fair prices and do great work. Victoria is one of the service representatives and she always looks out for you and tries to accommodate your car needs in any way possible. Check this place out and ask for Victoria really helpful!!!!
Works expirence ever. I paid for the extended warranty and didn't cover my repair. Paid almost $1800 for nothing and the problem was still there . Then they want to create a new invoice to really fix the problem. I contacted the dealer to cancel this pathetic warranty and still haven't received my money back.
I fell on the street after dropping off the car service. I found a text from Victoria's customer during visiting, I called, and she offered help with first aid to stop my leg bleeding! So gracious for their immediate help!
