Staff were friendly, welcoming and competent. I really like the focus on men's health. However, I do not feel like I heard enough about the benefits and risks of their recommended treatments. I also like that they performed an InBody580 scan, but the results were barely discussed with me; in fact, I learned a lot more by uploading it in AI (Gemini). My Test is crashed out from previous cancer chemo/radiation treatments, hypothyroidism(radiation damage), and I have crippling fatigue from it. Came in for bloodwork to get enclomiphene to bump start, get my natural test production functioning correctly again. I came in stressing out about the blood draw. Cara was beyond nice and welcoming, made me feel at home and more relaxed. Very nice person.
