Was waiting in line to get an oil change and I was waived away so they could help another customer before me. Is there some sort of priority pass or something here? Going to go somewhere more professional.
Pulled up to open bay, that was free, and was directed to the bay with a car in it by an employee. I was under the impression the bay was closed until a worker directed his friend who showed up behind me into the bay for an oil.
