Problem wasn't resolved, need to make appointment again. Will do a appointment with another dealer location to see if they can fix the problem.
I received a friendly greeting when I arrived for my appointment. The service tech, Chris, attended to me promptly and was very courteous, willing and he kept me updated while I waited.
Got my 1500 serviced today. Nick was a great help. Didn’t try to upsell me on any unneeded services got it flipped in about two hours and ordered some parts for me without any trouble. Looking to buy a Silverado. I’ll be doing it with Victory Layne because of people like Nick.
Ricky Bobby was so helpful and nice to work with.
