I’m a certified mechanic, normally Id perform my aunts work but Ive been very busy, so she went here. And instead of them offering a new drain plug they homemade a gasket for her oil drain bolt, resulting in her oil being sprayed everywhere. Then they proceeded to tell her her oil pan was bad, after looking and finding the pan was fine and the ghetto job they performed, they caused my aunts motor to fail and now it’s knocking.
