Professional. Clean. Kind. Thorough. Polite. Fair prices. Quick. Waited in my car. Need I say more? Okay, I called other places to include Valvoline and Jiffy Lube to verify their base cost when customer brings oil and filter. BOTH PLACES WERE NEARLY DOUBLE IN COST WHAT VICTORY CHARGES! There is absolutely nothing the large chains offer other than constant upsale pressure and inflated prices. Then they do poor work and are sloppy! GO TO VICTORY WITH EVERY VEHICLE AND TELL TIM, THE OWNER, THAT SCOTT SAID BLESSINGS!!!
This group was very knowledgeable and a pleasure to work with. One of the fellows even worked patiently with me to reset the oil life notification step by step, it was saying that it was overdue by 10000 miles because it hadn’t been reset.
