Quick - used correct oil which I did not know my Honda needs synthetic oil. Haven’t had it very long. Doubles the price of an oil change but supposedly helps with gas mileage. Folks there were helpful and checked out vehicle not just change the oil. I will return.
Great Customer Service
Was very disappointed they did not check tire pressure or the air filter. I was there over 30 minutes and charged me double more than last time.
We were driving down Valley Ave in Winchester when suddenly the brakes on our Honda Civic started making some terrible noice and thumping. Afraid to drive it another inch we pulled into the first place we saw, which ended up being Victory Lane Automotive. After a day in the shop we were back on the road. They repaired all the rotors, calipers and brake pads as well as the next day when it started making another noice, they said to bring it back in and had to replace brake lines as well -- and only charged us for parts, no ad... read more
