i’ve been here twice so far and i’m thoroughly impressed with the level of service the employees have given. Olivia assisted with changing my oil today (she was under the hood, in the top bay, while someone else was working below my car) and i thought she was confident, professional and clearly spoken. She explained the instructions well and i didn’t have to ask her to repeat herself (turning the car off/on, revving the engine etc), which i appreciated since i’m not very familiar with the oil change process. the prices are r... read more
The people were extremely rude in person. Over the phone, the person that I spoke to was very friendly and helpful. That completely changed when I pulled in. They did get the job done and fairly quickly. I just prefer my service to be a bit friendlier.
Was pretty disappointed today with my experience. First let me state that I use this location exclusively for my oil changes. Today was the second time that I’ve gone in and it was a rush to get me out. At the time I was the only one there. Literally they changed the oil showed me my air filter and took my money and sent me on my way. They didn’t check tire pressure nothing. I will make sure that this isn’t the same team next time I go in.
Professional knowledgeable and fast
Unfriendly and condescending. Usually do my own oil changes....and will probably continue to do so. Left before I let them touch my vehicle. I dont deserve to be disrespected because I didn't get the car over the pit 100% correctly the first time. Not my daily job. Get a grip. Go somewhere else. Anywhere else. Not here. Adding insult to injury, they allow their staff family members to verbally harass customers when they complete a review on your socials page, based completely on the fact we called out that bad behavior.
