Went to Victory Lane today and had my car washed to get the road salt off the paint. Car wash went fine, however I looked in my rear view mirror on my way home and saw soap running down my back windshield. Had to wipe my entire car down with a chamois towel once I got home. There was excess soap everywhere, and the wash didn’t even clean the lower half of my car! I think this will be my last time wasting money on a poor quality wash. Extreme kindness on display! I thought that the machines took Apple Pay. They do not. I was about to leave when the attendant came around the corner with a big smile. We exchanged pleasantries and I told him that I just needed to be let through since I only had Apple Pay. The gentleman said “I got you covered” and took out his own cash and paid the machine! “I believe in helping people and it’ll all come back” he said. This man is a tremendous asset to this business!
