I was in an accident, and although it took some time to get my car in for repairs, Victory Lane was absolutely fantastic! My experience with them was respectful, communicative and helpful. Victory Lane--- A OK with Me I ran into a possum a year and a half ago and did some extensive damage to my bumper. I took my car to Victory Lane the next day and received an estimate. Unfortunately, life happened and I ended up driving around with a beat up bumper for a year and a half. Ms My cousin was in an accident in my car at around 4:30 in the afternoon. By the time all was said and done it was almost 6 pm. I had dealt with Victory lane in the past and had good experiences both times. When I called the shop to tell them I wanted my car taken there to be repaired the owner, John, he gave me his private cell number and had me give it to the tow truck driver to call him when he got there and he would come down and personally get my car taken care of. Victory Lane is currently working on my Acura TSX that was back into by another driver. They have gone above and beyond to make sure that, this not so great situation, goes as smoothly as possible. ABSOLUTELY AMAZING SERVICE!!!! In 25 years of owning cars (and subsequent maintenance and service), I have never experienced such wonderful and personal customer service and impeccible work as I have just experienced at Victory Lane.
