The Hospice nurse was kind and caring however the Agency never offered emotional support such as a Social Worker. We had to request this and there was no bereavement follow up after my father passed away. It felt like take the money and run.
I’m incredibly grateful to the doctor who referred my husband to Victory Hospice. The support and care he received was far in excess of anything we could have expected. The nurses and doctors were professional, compassionate and available 24/7. Medications and equipment were delivered with extraordinary speed and efficiency.
