get new management ,the one is creepy
RecommendedNice place to live, people are friendly, it'sinexpensive, maintenance men on site year round. Very little crime in the area, very family friendly, the board does their best to keep shady people out of here. There is a neighborhood watch group here that meets the first Wednesday of the month.
Racism is very strong they bully people they don't like not family friendly
lived there for 18 years they are racist hateful and stressful. the workers are disrespectful ,thw board of directors is run by an alcoholic, aconvicted drug possession theif, and mentally unstable individuals who think they are above the the laws of the city and state. even under compliance I was forced to have my unit inspected 30xs and I was an owner this went against the very bylaws of the co-op
Peaceful & Quiet.....More like a retirement place...Office & Maintenance are very respectful & accomadating
