I am usually the sweetest person and dislike giving bad reviews but I must say I am extremely disappointed. Was referred some genetic testing to quest and it was run through insurance and I paid the max insurance to be charged around $250 out of pocket. I then received a bill for 2,700 not run through insurance and due to provider not running the codes of the tests through authorization through insurance. I deal with them only because its what’s available to me and the hassle of starting over is a pain. Pushy doctor’s, clueless front desk, pick another office if you can.
Dr. Tang is an excellent Oncologist. She’s knowledgeable and thorough. She listens to the patient’s concern and health issues. I find her to be a caring person, and would highly recommend her .
