If I could give zero stars I would. Visited 3 times, totaled 12 hours of wait time, for 0 fixes.
I don't know, but for me all the changes and extra services were clear. I went there for oil change and tire rotation, but during inspection they found a very dirty cabin filter and a bad state coolant. They sent me a message on my phone suggesting to get those done, but it was up to me and the cost was there around $38 for the filter and $180 for coolant flush and replacement. I took my truck to victory ford service to have my sunroof glass replaced and block heater chord replaced. Repairs took about a week which I thought was pretty reasonable. I inspected the sunroof functionality and the heater chord install prior to paying my invoice, everything looked good. When I got on the interstate I noticed a loud air noise coming from the engine bay on acceleration. Took it back to the dealer and explained that it didn’t make this noise before.
