I bought a second-hand car from this dealership in September, and since October it has already been back to their mechanic four times trying to fix an air-conditioning problem. Every time we were told it would be sorted, but the issue is still not fixed. Communication has been extremely poor. Nick, the manager, never contacted us to explain what was happening or provide updates, so we constantly had to chase them ourselves. Having just picked up our new Ford Ranger Wildtrak , I want to give a huge wrap to our salesman Andrew . Throughout our entire buying experience he was never pushy and very knowledgeable about the car we were purchasing. Along with his patience and answering any questions we had , he made the whole process very easy and he was an absolute pleasure to deal with from start to finish.
