UPDATE: It looks like Victory Firearms did, in fact, contact my husband and he didnt realize ir. My guess is that he didnt recognize the # and didnt bother to listen the message that was left. I'll yell at my husband about that. We will soon be in touch with Victory and hopefully they can help us with our request. Ive changed my rating to reflect my current feelings about the business! I live in Texas, I ordered a lower receiver late in the evening on Monday. The owner sent me an e-mail minutes later with a request for FFL credentials. I sent them and received another email just another few minutes later with a tracking number. Thursday morning the lower arrived and in perfect shape. Quality item with tight tolerances at a good price. A+ retailer!
Outstanding customer service: The owner is very responsive, as I had a couple of questions, and I don't think I've ever waited longer than 30 minutes for an answer per email. And you get well formulated great answers, and not just a standard 2 liner. Jeff is really trying to help you and not just pushing a sale. After ordering, the shipment is quick as well. Not sure where the "store does not exist" reviews came from. True Jeff does not have a traditional storefront with 1000 guns to look at, but I did a transfer with him last month, and picked up a special order yesterday. His pricing always beats the local guys and I appreciate the one on one attention that he gives me. My wife took his NRA concealed carry class so she could get her concealed carry permit.
