One one: TRASH I spoke with the contractor or owner, whatever, after a home warranty request. He wanted to know what was going on, so I told and he wanted to know specifics about the wiring, etc. so I suggested a video chat. While speaking with him, he was not only rude, agitated and unwilling to receive inquiries regarding the out of pocket $150 or more, he must have forgotten that I could see his facial expressions.
