Absolutely love this place. The energy of the office is great and the staff is super efficient and kind.
I had a very disappointing experience. I drove all the way from Bethesda—over an hour and fifteen minutes—only to be treated with extreme rudeness by the front desk lady. Because of the way she spoke to me, I couldn’t even see the doctor. This is the worst customer service I’ve ever encountered. I would never come here again.
Staff is friendly and so is the dentist. Always a smooth experience and ease of scheduling.
I have been a regular patient of this wonderful dentistry since 2023 and I want to say without exaggeration that all the employees, without any exceptions, are very responsible, pleasant, professional and kind specialists who are pleasant to visit and who do their job 100%. I've been going here for years, and they have consistently been the most professional, friendly, and knowledgeable dentists that I have been to (ever). The environment is so pleasant that any stress that having to deal with teeth issues brings, melts away while in the chair. They all actively engage with the patients. I've had plenty of work done and have had zero issues. Easiest recommendation ever.
