The front desk staff is very rude and not helpful nor do they explain anything. When I call asking questions it’s just a “ uh I don’t know” Response to owner: They didn’t even know anything about who we were seeing or appointment times etc what’s the point of having a front desk receptionist? They didn’t even take the time to properly welcome us bc they were playing games on their computers.
Would give 0 if I could. But Ill say the 1 star is for the staff was nice. I scheduled with Victory Counseling for my son to get an assessment done. We got in & got the assessment done. Angela told me 2 weeks at maximum I would hear back. Well 2 weeks go by and I never hear. I called multiple times, left message with front desk once the only time they answered by the way.
