Would give 0 stars if possible. Staff mishandled my chart and didn't update it with my contact info until they were called out for it, meaning I was never updated or sent a link to my initial appointment. After they messed up the follow up appointment wasn't scheduled within a reasonable timeframe and they withheld my prescription (non-scheduled drug) claiming I needed to "be seen" before they could continue (I've been taking it for 4+ years).
