Had this huge fire at my home and hiring Victory Claims Consulting LLC was an awesome decision. They got involved super quick, even before the insurance adjusters rolled up. Made sure I got all the money for all repairs and all my personal stuff. They dealt with all the insurance back and forth conversations, and made all the itemized documents which was awesome(a lot of work). The 10% fee? After my house burned, it would have been very difficult if not impossible to get a fair settlement with adequate funds from the insurance company to complete the necessary restoration. Victory Claims Consulting provides a personal advocate during the insurance claims process who prepares the estimate for restoration costs, negotiates and renegotiates with the insurance adjuster until a settlement amount is agreed upon that will sufficiently cover all of the required work. My experience with Victory was great! They were extremely transparent and available throughout the traumatic process of recovery after a house fire. I highly recommend their team as an advocate and trustworthy source of information in navigating the perilous road to submitting a major insurance claim.
I didn't even know what public adjusting was, but Victory founder, Benny W*****, helped us recover the full amount on an insurance claim. The process was fast and painless and we loved working with Benny! His industry knowledge and communication with his clients was much appreciated and kind of a dying trait, tbh. I can only imagine what he would be able to do with a bigger claim.
