Jim in the service department was great! From my phone call to tell him about the mishap that required me to replace the windshield wiper arm on our brand new 2025 Equinox to the actual repair he was professional, courteous, & personable. The part was not in stock so it had to be ordered. Jim ordered it immediately & and preset the install appointment. He knew I needed the wiper fixed to drive safely in this January weather so when the part came in earlier than expected he called me right away, moved my appointment to the ne... read more
Victory service went above and beyond their duty. I was there in less than an hour and was expected to be there 2 hours. Everyone was nice and courteous
